first and foremost, we’re here to have fun and create memorable moments in our rp careers. we encourage and embrace all of your creativity for ic antics. however, ooc fuckery will not be tolerated. rp etiquette has evolved drastically over the years and all that we ask is to be nice to your fellow writers. above all, have fun! we ask that you research before tackling topics and add warnings for any triggering material within posts. a note on covid-19: we want you to find a place to escape, so covid will not exist in this slice of life setting. how will this no pb thing work? after submitting your application, you will leave your top four choices of pbs in the holds post. we will not be choosing your pb* for you, we just want you to have alternative choices as back ups. please make sure that the chosen faces are within the millennial time frame, or default to the golden 5 year rule. overall, this will be granted on a first come, first served basis. as rolling adds happen, and if all four choices are selected before yours, you’ll be contacted via pm. we will try and ride out the “big reveal” for at least two weeks to ensure connections are made and people are settled in. applying ∙ because this is a millennial age comm, characters birth years should be between 1981-1996 ∙ no gifs, icons or anything resembling your chosen pbs should be uploaded anywhere in your journal ∙ the only required info needed: full name, dob, hometown, occupation ∙ ic journals are required without underscores, numbers or excessive letters ∙ please make sure to backdate both ic and ooc contact post ∙ apartments will be assigned at random, including roommates ∙ we ask for a combination of narratives and threads for examples - show us your best! activity ∙ the comm will start off with “move-in week” as a nod to the now defunct college communities ∙ the set of adds will act as your character’s move in day ∙ a mod ffa post will be used in lieu of a traditional intro (counted as activity) ∙ within a week of acceptance, a survey will be required for your second monthly activity. this will be the only information available for your character so we ask that the answers be thorough and thoughtful. failure to provide the survey will result in removal from the community. misc *please don’t be a dick and tell people who your pb choices are this is the first time a community is trying something so out of the box. we thank you in advance for your patience.
